Class Action Administration

JND’s class action arm handles all aspects of public outreach, including email campaigns, mail processing for incoming and outgoing mail, a full spectrum of call center services, developing and deploying websites with interactive claims filing capabilities, processing claim forms, distributing checks and other compensation, and all other ancillary back-office services.

eDiscovery

Led by Scott Lombard and Ben Sexton, our eDiscovery team works closely with corporate counsel, plaintiff and defense firms, and government legal departments to implement strategic and defensible eDiscovery programs. JND has been recognized as one of the best end-to-end eDiscovery solution providers in the country and holds provisional patents for three proprietary software applications, LayerCake™, MachOne™ and OneSearch™.

Government Services

JND is routinely engaged by federal entities to provide settlement administration services. In particular, we are an authorized vendor of the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). We handle dozens of matters for these agencies. Our team offers unmatched, hands-on experience and understanding of government culture, contracting and program management.

Incident Response Services

Successfully responding to a data breach requires forensic identification, a detailed understanding of the impacted data, comprehensive noticing and communication capabilities, and remediation services in the form of credit, dark web, PII and PHI monitoring. JND’s comprehensive Breach Response Service comprises the expertise of our industry leading Legal Notice, Settlement Administration, and eDiscovery Solutions, offering secure, efficient solutions in the wake of a breach.

Legal Notice Programs

A strong notice program gives class members comprehensive and clear information regarding the settlement and their legal rights. JND’s team of Legal Notice Experts have extensive experience creating and implementing innovative notice programs that effectively reach class members, inform them about their legal rights and options, and allow them time to easily respond. Our experts have been involved in many landmark cases and their work has been favorably recognized by courts.

Mass Tort & Lien Resolution

JND provides a full suite of mass tort administration and lien resolution services. Our team has the experience and expertise to manage client intake, screening, and retention; medical record retrieval and review; Plaintiff Fact Sheet preparation including a unique online website offering; claims and settlement administration; lien resolution; and disbursements.
