Beth Seltzer brings a wealth of experience to her role at JND, with a legal career spanning litigation and legal services. She spent the first 13 years of her career handling some of the nation’s largest securities and antitrust class actions, gaining invaluable insight into the complexities of eDiscovery and claims administration. Through this hands-on litigation experience, Beth understands the importance of leveraging cutting-edge technology and streamlined processes to navigate these challenges effectively.

After transitioning into legal sales, Beth spent several years honing her ability to identify client needs and match them with the best solutions. Three years ago, she returned to the eDiscovery space, where she has partnered with law firms and corporations to solve their most intricate eDiscovery issues, from legal holds and forensic collections to managed review, document production, and more.

Beth also works with clients to enhance and optimize claims administration processes. Beth’s unique blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and deep industry knowledge enables her to precisely understand client objectives and deliver targeted solutions, making her a trusted and invaluable partner.

Beth enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their French Bulldog, Eddie. She’s a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, loves staying active, and enjoys escaping into a good book when time allows.
