As SVP of JND eDiscovery, Scott Lombard oversees JND’s global eDiscovery management practice. Under Scott’s management, JND eDiscovery has achieved multiple Relativity Partner certifications, including Gold Partner status, Relativity's highest and most rigorous certification, and has established as the premier Relativity Partner, providing best-in-class eDiscovery and litigation support services through RelativityOne. The group supports a range of law firms, corporate counsel and government agency clients, specializing in forensics, eDiscovery, secure hosting, managed review, analytics and multi-jurisdiction trial support.
Scott and his team meet in-person with clients to best understand their individual needs and cooperatively devise a strategic plan to optimize their success. Using years of complex litigation experience, he and his team consult and recommend a unique case map for complete data management. These plans may include multiple review teams in various locations, writing and consulting on litigation holds, eDiscovery protocols, search terms and hosting a real-time review. Scott also leads the company's team of professionals to provide litigation support services on criminal, civil, toxic tort, employment and class action cases. Some notable projects that Scott and his team have managed include LIBOR, Apple Device Litigation, Facebook Data Breach, Broiler Chicken, Calaveras Asbestos, DOJ v. Tom Petters, Willits v. City of Los Angeles, and Medtronic v. Globus Medical.
Before working in eDiscovery, Scott was an Emerging Markets Officer for DataBuilder/Interwoven in the legal document management industry. A known subject matter expert, Scott has been invited to speak before attorneys, insurance companies and businesses on the topics of litigation support, electronic discovery, compliance, risk management and processes.
Scott received his B.A. in business management from Lacrosse University.
