Meet The Team

As Vice President – Legal Affairs, Renée provides legal and commercial advice regarding many aspects of JND’s operation.  Renée manages JND’s day-to-day legal matters, including handling corporate, operational, compliance, employment, and administrative matters. 
 
Renée has over thirty years of experience in the legal field.  Prior to joining JND, she was an accomplished private practice attorney whose caseload focused on complex securities and employment class and collective actions in federal and state courts throughout the country.  She has served as general and corporate counsel providing legal advice, strategic counseling, and innovative solutions to business leadership teams.  In addition, she has also managed a large professional legal team for the United States Postal Service National Employment Litigation Unit in connection with EEOC employment disability class actions. 
 
Renée graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law earning several academic and Jurisprudence Award honors.  She earned her B.A. from University of Pacific. She also has a Certification in Mediation from the University of Denver.  She has served as a guest speaker on the Fair Labor Standards Act and employment law issues for JD and MBA programs.
